Theordruaiy: processing and transit
We normally prepare orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. After an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated transit time is 4-6 business days. The combined estimated delivery window is therefore normally 5-8 business days, although carrier disruptions, weather, peak periods, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Free standard outbound shipping does not reduce the 30-day no-reason return right. For every approved no-reason return or exchange, Theordruaiy also pays the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
